Halloween celebrations took place at Sundial Care Home, near Sidmouth in East Devon, with team members dressing up, family members painting pumpkins and live entertainment from returning singer Zara King.
Continuing the home’s annual Halloween tradition, team members decorated the home with spooky-themed decorations and swapped their everyday clothes for fancy dress costumes, bringing plenty of laughter and a lively atmosphere to the home.
In the lead-up to Halloween, residents, who are fondly referred to as ‘family members’, got creative with their own pumpkin designs, painting and decorating them ready to be put on display around the home.
Returning singer Zara King joined the Halloween celebrations at Sundial with a witchy performance of old favourites, getting team members and family members up on their feet and dancing together.
Based in Tipton St John, near Sidmouth, Sundial Care Home regularly brings people together for seasonal celebrations throughout the year, including Christmas, Easter and summer events. This provides opportunities for team members and family members to spend time together and strengthen the relationships that are part of everyday life in the home.
